ENSURING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE
With iPas E-b-trans defines its target quality of services. With this unique reference, E-b-trans analyze permanently the compliance of its equipment and procedures to be able to deliver operational excellence to it’s customers.
Our teams check on a daily basis the quality of our service to ensure that all commitments are fulfilled and to guarantee compliance.
We are used to integrate the own requirement of our customers in our services for them to warranty their HSSEQ commitments.
The ambition of E-b-trans group is to improve the competences and skills of each of its employees while keeping the best know how at each subsidiary.
In this context, training is a priority. Every year, more than 25 000 hours are dedicated to training.
Eco driving, movements and postures, ADR, crisis management… each employees of the E-b-trans subsidiaries has the opportunity to reinforce their skills in order to improve their performance and to adapt themselves to the latest technological developments.
